It's great when things go well because customers come back for more.When things go wrong, a customer may choose to go elsewhere.The customer is also like to tell friends and family what went wrong too,so more then one customer may be lost.

this is something good for business, sometimes bad.when customer do this,they are talking about the organization's Reputation"
Building a strong reputation leads to customer loyalty. Having a poor reputation leads to loss of business and a downturn in profits. Non-for-profit organization are also concerned about their reputation because a strong reputation will usually leads to more financial security.
Monopolies need strong reputation too.many will need to keep to strict service standard set by an industry regulator.if these service standard are not met,the organization may face penalties.
A strong reputation mean that an organization has the building blocks to:
