Types of Customers
Customer Service
Who are your Customers?
A customer is someone who receive customer service from you.
it's usually easier to think of customers as living, breathing people.
However, someone your customer will be other organization.
- if a customer is an individual or works in another organization he or she is known as an External customer.
- if a customer come from another part of your organization he or she is known as an internal customer.
- External customer: (A man is a not part of your organization)
- Internal customer: (A man is a part of your organization)
Both internal and external customer require the same great level of service from you.Your internal customer are working with you to provide an overall level of service which supports the need of customer wherever they are.if the chain break down, service suffers.
So,everyone where you work is responsible for the service somewhere along the line.
To understand what products or service to offer, your organization needs to understand what types of customer it wishes to attract and keep.
For example, the Blue Flag Hotel has both tourists wishing to enjoy their holidays and business customer using the hotel's conference facilities.these two customer types will have different needs and expectations.
