Even before you get chance to have contact with customers, it is very important you know what your organization does, how it provide good customer service and where you fit into this.
Organization differ a great deal; each one will have its own set of products or service to offer customer.you must understand and be able to explain what yours offers.you will also need to know what your role is and understand what others do and then be able to explain this to customer or colleague.
So, providing good customer service starts with knowing and understanding all about how you can help your organization deliver good customer service.
Of course, having the information isn't quite enough.you will also need to use yours knowledge skilfully.
This Unit sits within the theme of customer service Foundation.To help you increase your knowledge,we look at the language and concepts of customer service as well as the organization context and the external environment in which you have to work.
When you prepare to deliver good customer service you must consistently show you meet the customer service standards for this unit.
